QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL, ENERGY, AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

The CIFP REPELEGA LHII adopts a management system based on quality, the environment, energy efficiency, and occupational health and safety as a reference model for the management of the institution. The fundamental references are the UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001, and UNE-EN ISO 50001 standards in their certified versions.

Our Center embraces a philosophy of action that is identified with the following guidelines:

  • Adding value for students, school staff, and stakeholders by listening to their voices and striving to meet their expectations.
  • Commitment to the continuous improvement of the services provided, health and safety conditions, and energy efficiency at the Center.
  • Commitment to preventing pollution, protecting the environment, minimizing the impact of our activity on the environment, and controlling environmental aspects.
  • Commitment to promoting environmental training and awareness at all levels of the organization, as well as in both internal and external environmental communication.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in environmental performance. Improving waste management, reducing CO2 emissions, and promoting the use of renewable energy.
  • Have the information and resources necessary to achieve the objectives and goals established at our Center.
  • Carry out teaching activities with due consideration for safety and health in order to prevent injury and deterioration of health for all users of the Center.
  • The commitment to purchasing energy-efficient products and services.
  • Support the acquisition of energy-efficient products and services that impact energy performance.
  • Support design activities that consider improving energy performance.

The Center’s management provides the necessary resources and training for the successful development of activities. It is committed to complying with customer requirements, legal requirements, and those to which the organization subscribes related to environmental and energy aspects, the health and safety of workers and their activities, and to continuously improving the effectiveness of the management system. It also undertakes to make this policy available to the public and to inform all staff of the commitments it endorses.
