To provide a pathway for the organization to improve in the area of Equality between Women and Men, in working conditions, internal organization and functioning, and in the delivery of its services, as well as in its relationship with other entities in the environment, through the participation of the people who work and study in it.

Description of project

Definition
The Equality Plan is a tool to reduce gender gaps and provide a pathway for the organization to improve in the area of Equality between Women and Men, with the active and leading participation of individuals in the processes of reflection and the implementation of effective changes within the organization.
The plan will be developed with the involvement of staff members who have access to information regarding management, labor relations, and activities, as well as individuals—internal or external—with training in gender equality, who can carry out an appropriate gender analysis and support the achievement of the objectives within the framework of the Center’s Management Policy.

Diagnosis of the school. Analysis of the current situation. - School Year 2021/2022
Concrete actions: November 25th (International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women) / March 8th (International Women’s Day). - School Years 2021/2022 and 2022/2023
Development of the Equality Plan. - School Year 2023/2024
Completion of the Equality Plan.

Diagnosis
- To identify the discriminatory practices present in the school, define the objectives to be achieved, and decide on the actions to be taken.
- To demonstrate the need to implement positive actions and equality measures.
- It will serve as a reference point for continuing to analyze progress in the area of equality.

Development
To promote in a coordinated manner:
- The principle of equality between women and men, equal visibility and treatment, interdependence, and non-dependence.
- Balanced presence and diverse, shared responsibility in all areas of life, profession, and employment.
- Alternative realities, models, and role models—both women and men—that challenge gender stereotypes and roles.
To implement mechanisms for the prevention, early detection, and effective response to gender-based violence and all forms of violence rooted in sexism.
