• It thoroughly plans teaching by detailing the teaching-learning activities as much as possible and analyzes them to improve their effectiveness.
• It standardizes the teaching-learning activities, as well as the objectives, methods, and teaching materials used across different groups at the same level and cycle.
• It strengthens teaching teams as the primary means to monitor student learning.
• It considers students as individuals and provides tutorial and professional guidance that is as personalized as possible.
• It views learning as the achievement of competencies and skills, not solely as the transmission of knowledge.
